Been thinking about getting a 870 with a cantieliered (SP)rifled barrel in 20 ga. Looks like the slugs for a 20 ain't too shabby. I use a 11-87 12 ga now and would like something a little lighter for these old bones.

My roots were always the classic SxS doubles and, truth be known, they are still my favorites. However, when it comes to a shooter, if I absolutely had to give up every other scattergun I own and could only keep one it would have to be my Rem. 1100. To me it's the benchmark for autoloaders. And, at least for my part, I'll take a Rem. 870 pump any day over a model 12.
