I have a few nice Swed 6.5s and one more "vault queen" was not real important to me. I hang out at my local gun shop and have told the owner, and my neighbor, to advise any prospective gun buyers to contact me if they need range time.

Some gun clubs have high fees or waiting lists which hinder new gun owners. Our dues are $30 per year, but newbies rarely have ear muffs, targets, stapler or the skills to sight-in a gun. Being a Certified Firearms Instructor, my name and contact info is at the gun shop. Our club allows one guest per session under a club member's supervision. This oversight of new shooters is something all of us old club members can institute.
