Hyper velocity .22 LR cartridges?

If I remember right most of the hype Vel 22 I tried years ago just would not shoot well. If I remember right the groups were 3 to 4 MOA at 50 yards. I use Win Power Points and have managed to put down a small yote with it. Head shots only.
