Don't know about the administration not replying to emails, but I tried to register several times unsuccessfully. The little number code that they put in there to prevent automated email registration is screwed up....typed the numbers in correctly several times, but for some reason it isn't reading it properly, or something.
Good luck, FIJI....hope you get a response from someone soon.
