Broadhead target

Ok..so we have ideas on target arrow stoppers....and they work fine...but what is a good cheap way to build one that lasts for broadheads?...styrofoam leaves all those little white things everywhere and the weather makes it fall apart...cardboard?..any plans would be of help....thanks
