I am going back to hunt the Silvies (AGAIN) this time for Mulies instead of Elk. Never been after the non-blacktail kind before. Have any of you hunted this area before, and is it worth it going into those big canyons, or is it good enough in the more accessible regions?
by the time everyone gets done chasing the big bulls around in that unit during archery season the only place youll find any animals is well off any roads. i personally dont hunt it but know of several people who do and it gets hit pretty hard during the archery season.
