Revolver CArtridge O.A.L.

Have approximately 35 years of reloading experience with rifles, shotguns and auto-pistols but I am new to loading for a revolver. Have a Redhawk in 41 Mag and a 7 1/2 bbl. How do I determine how far out to seat the bullets? I'll be shooting 215 Gr. cast for silhouette and similar weight Jacketed Hollowpoints for antelope & deer hunting.

All of the manuals show the OAL much shorter than I use in my Contender so I don't believe that is the answer.
