It definitely looks like one of the Chinese springers that are still being imported by the "buttload".

The only thing that seems different is just how far back the rear sight is located. Normally, they're either
just behind the breech, or just in front of it. BTW, it wouldn't be unusual for the sights to be off-axis with one another. That's just one of the many little surprises that may await you on the lesser-quality Chinese guns.
