Evan,
It is really tough to say which one is the flatter shooting round without putting bullet weights in there. A 130 gr. bullet out of a .300 Wby will shoot flatter than a 130 gr. bullet out of a .300 Win Mag and it will definitely shoot flatter than a 130 gr. bullet out of a .270 Win. Again, we are comparing apples to oranges.
