none of the "factory" producers i knwo of have a normal production in the .250 savage anymore...but....as Dmickey mentioned alot of them can build one, but it is on an order by order basis.

is the only "new" production i found offhand, although i am pretty sure if you can spare the "change" just about anyones custom shop _can_ fix you up as well.

that beign said, if you do a little checking around, soemtimes you can find one used without too many hassles.
