Is that a rail gun?
 Pretty neat set up. Barrel doesn't look 34"? Looks like bolt handle was extended. I think I saw that chain driven contraption at Romains when they were first experimenting with it. Maybe it was something else. Anyhow I think a blind man could hit that mountain.  Thinking maybe DC or you will be insulted and invite me up for a challenge. That way I'd get to try my Tommy at 1431.
