Hunter S. Thompson dead

I like his writing, I would NEVER go to the range with him!

I was waching a latenight talkshow, while I should have been working one night, while he was a guest. I knew all about him sinse I was a little kid. So seeing him stumble to his seat was no suprise to me.
In the middle of the interview the host breaks to a vidio segment, where the two of them were "target shooting" earlier. The poor host was in shock when the drunken Thompson unleashed a "lead hose" on a stuffed animal not 50y away!
After the segment the host asks Thompson about when he shot one of his asistance. The drunken Thompson automaticly retorted that he actualy "saved his assistant, from a bear". The bear was on the other side of the door!. Then he insisted that "she was only peppered with shot, she was fine".

Its just a simple comon sense fact, that firearms and alcohol do not mix.
