Roy..

U R still a hoot.

So far I've purchased 3 scopes over $600 and 2 out of the 3 had to be sent in for repairs. One of them, numerous times. Wonder when #3 is going to go wrong. I suppose on some high mountain, high dollar hunt that a guy just can't trust a low dollar scope on. I have numerous Weaver, Bushnell, Redfiedls, Trasco, Burris, Nikon that cost way less than $600 that have been used alot more and have not required repair. Talk about statistics. Do you really get what you pay for? Or is a $200 scope built 15 years ago better than a $900 scope built today? If this was the correct forum, there would be all kinds of guys saying buy a Nightforce, no Loppy's are the best, get a Swarovski, no a SS.

I think Tommy is just too rough on toys and needs to learn to play with others better.

By the way, I have a $80 Tasco with mildots on a 300RUM that has outperformed this Leupold. Go figure. Some people just have all the luck.

Thanks for the advice on the pills and air gun.
