Quieter draw...carbon or aluminum arrows?

From my experience it all depends on the rest. Some rests make more noise with one than the other. Sometimes there is even a difference between brands of carbon arrows.
I work it just the opposite. I choose my arrow/broadhead combination, then work on the rest to make it quiet. Moleskin, or something like it, has solved many problems in with noisy rests.
