Question

With the continuing non-enforcement ot U.S. immigration laws, I've grown accustomed to hearing unusual names attached to criminal suspects and have gotten pretty good at associating names with nationalties. I must admit "Yatau Her" has me stumped. Does anyone have a clue? I'll take a wild guess and say Ethiopian.

Most important is the fact that the deputy is expected to recover. I hope his recovery will be speedy and complete.
