A shoe for a hammer is better than some things that could be used.
A dial caliper for a wrench is the worst I've seen so far. You wouldn't believe how many of our butter knives are bent at the tip. If ya get her a tool box with some basic tools she'll use a butter knife to open the tool box. Ya just can't win.
