Don't Threaten the Court in Idaho

Could be as the only thing the press was saying in this area was that he was to appear on a rape charge.
That Innocent until proven guilty thing is a falicy in this real world and people accused of crimes of violance should be treated accordingly and not wandering around the court house.
Do you know if he was incarcerated at the time of this court hearing or was he out on bond ? If he was out on bond there is not alot that could have been prevented him from having free acess to the building.
We have had cases of incarcerated persons being able to change clothes and being uncuffed and that is pure stupid and it has come from Defense attorneys requests.
