Florida bill passed on "deadly force"

I still think the term deadly force would have to be decided by the courts.....you know ....guilty untill proven innocent....we had one such thing ho down here...Man and his brother driving down road ( professional by trade drivers) and got ran off by a jeep with 2 men in it. Words and hand signals were exchanged then they pulled over. When the guys in the car got out, the guys in the jeep ran into the brother and knocked him for a loop....then they drove onto the sidewalk after the other guy....he pulled his legal to carry and fired into the radiator of the jeep making lots of holes in it....well they missed him on way past but the police followed the fluid trail to the house and guess who got in the trouble!.....fined for shooting within city limits.....endangering etc etc like all the things they think of when arresting someone....so if you trust the law....think again.......oh and nothing was done to the jeep drivers.....
