The first sentence in the quote is correct. The second sentence doesn't appear to agree with the advice given in the first.

If it's hitting to the right, you want to move the bullet impact to the left. In order to do so, move the front sight to the right.

If you're adjusting a REAR sight, move it in the SAME direction you want the bullet impact to move.
