I have to say, I hope they do outlaw it. This is damn sure a touchy subject, since it bans a form of hunting. But, is it really a form of hunting? Not IMO.

Just lazy slobs shooting penned animals, and now they dont even have to leave their house. Not good.

Sounds like more "anti fuel" to me.
