Whichever you choose, remember that the biggest reason for a stabilzer is weight distribution, not noise reduction.
A lot of stabilizers focus attention to vibration and noise, which they may do well. But, it is more important to put the weight out in front of the bow.
A three inch stabilizer with a bunch of rubber stuff on it will not be as big a benefit as a 12 inch stabilizer that puts most of the weight at the end.
