 I've been reading about this nut. It seems that even his own army and police forces are divided on thier loyalties. The Venezuala police have three different forces, one for highways and checkpoints, one for criminal affairs and one for state security. The highway cops and a lot of the criminal forces are opposed to his rule and won't let the others through any checkpoints. Branches of the military are building up arms and supplies too.... in anticipation of fighting each other... yeesh.
