The Second Amendment Arguement??

P*sses me off too.

The second amendment says exactly
"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

To me this shows that the framers of
the constitution understood that it
is necessary to have guns in the hands
of regular people to ensure that
the defence of "Freedom"
against those who would take
such freedoms away.
