the 9,3x62 has been mooshunters favorit in scandinavia and it is called älgklubba in swedish which means moose hammer . it has a good reputation as mooseslayer. the cartridge was designed för german farmers in german colonial countries in Africa and was used för all manners of games there including the big fives, but in many countries in africa the minimium caliber is 375H&H and 9,3 is no more allowed för the big 5s. Norma,in Sweden and Sako and lapua in Finland are making cartridges in this caliber and in germany it also loaded by RWS. excellent round för moose and grizzly.
