Mine is basically my camping bag, that stays packed. My general theory is I can use all the supplies while camping, and be able to refine and constantly update my gear. Also, I figure that if I can camp in the woods, camping in a motel/back of a truck/someones living room should be the same or easier.
About the only changes I would make is to include cash hidden in various parts of the bag and in the house to grab when I 'bug out' to survive away from the SHTF region. And hell, its money... its good everywhere.
My other pack is my daypack that goes with me when Im outdoors. Its more or less my Bug Home bag as its made to keep alive for one or two nights and get me found or home. A majority of my money for Survival reasons gets spent on it... since I use it so much more.
