Catfish, it's possible that scope placement iis it, all depends on how picky Evan is being.

the only other thing i can think of, if scope placement is similar on all shots, since Evan says his bullets andd balco is the same, is that he's pushign it alot faster than the load he's comparing it too.

nothing bad, thats a nice flat shooting load, and definately a keeper.
