I haven't been since June.That trip I caught 1 fish, a big rainbow, on a yellow beetle spin.
I went back Sunday (lots of big browns caught in Oct. on the Cumberland tailwaters) and threw a black rooster tail as the water was receding.They went cold on the RT,but the guy next to me was destroying them-he mustv'e caught 100 fish while I was there. He was using yellow and orange Powerbait. He gave me some of it and I started catching them.I caught about 20 rainbows and 1 little brown.I only kept 3 to eat, but I fished 5 hours in the cold rain and had a ball.I have a cold now, but it was worth it.
