Congratulations on the deer. Send me some pics if you have them. The only hunting I have done so far was the first two days of dove season. Hopefully, that will change.

Initially, I was planning on going out for opening day of deer. Even sighted my rifles a couple of weeks ago. There were a bunch of reasons that I didn't go, but the main one being that I had a November 30 deadline with the IRS staring at me for one of my clients. He hadn't submitted his 2002 tax return and I got the IRS to grant me an extension until November 30. It was initially due at the end of October. Of course, the client has 13 residential rental properties and he dropped off the bankers box of records a week ago. At least I made some money off of this and I still have to do 2003, 2004, and 2005 for him.

Now, I need to find a client that has 13 farms.

I'll be heading out tomorrow morning or the next morning to hunt right next to a park. It should go well if the weather would cool down a bit. Just got my layout waterfowl blind from Cabelas/UPS last night and haven't even had the time to put it together. I am hoping to get on the geese and ducks in a couple of weeks.
