What does everybody think of Dell?

I have had a Dell for three years now and it has held up ok but I have had the same problem ordering ink. I even tried ordering ink elsewhere (Lexmark) but even though the cartridges are the same, with the same #s on them the computer will not recognize them. I finally bought a new printer
