I just went over those pics are very high magnification looking for graphical artifacts usually left behind in photoshops, and i couldn't find any.
If it is faked, it's a _damn_ good one. I'd be willing to bet it's legit though. trying to matchup outlines, and pixel resolutions from different pics is what leaves artifacts, and tehy are quite visible if you knwo what to look for, this pic has none that i can find.
