I think it boils down to personal preference, sort of like what kind of beer is your favorite, and what price range are you in.

I've seen every shotgun mentioned above, and several others, fail to feed at one time or another. It's not always the gun's fault.

Rather than always blaming the shotgun, the person in charge of cleaning & maintaining it has to assume some responsibility. Along with that, I think the type of ammunition is also a factor. I think the cheaper, lower end ammunition may not be as reliable through an autoloader. Another factor is the condition of the hull, if you're shooting old shells that have been wet and have some rust on the hulls, they're not going to cycle as reliably as clean new hulls. Just some personal observations.
