A Great Bow, Custom

If anyone is interested in a great bow, I ordered one from Herb Meland, of Pronghorn Custom Bow, out of Casper , Wyoming.

I don't try to sell someone on something that hasn't worked or performed for me, but I truely love the bow Herb built for me, back in 1997, the cost was $300.00 down, $300.00 upon completion, Total $ 600.00.

I know thats alot of money to put down on a stick & string, but I'm happy to say it was well worth it.

Over the years I've taken two black bear and one- two deer each year, this year three and I'm happy to say I wouldn't even think of selling this bow for what I've payed for it, or even think about selling it. Over the years it has become an extention of my left arm and it's like an old friend "it's there when the chips are down"

Mine is a Pronghorn "Ferret" taken down recurve, made of red elm, 55# at 28"

This bow has produced for me over the years and I couldn't be more happier with this bow than I'veth any other recurve or longbow that I've owned or shot.
