The 2x aimpoint i have has a VERY small field of view, with the tube being so thick around the glass you are looking through a real small hole. great for standing 50-100 yard shots, worthless for a 30 yard running shot, even with both eyes open as lonewolf says. Aimpoint says they are working on the problem, but have`nt heard if they fixed it in later models. I think someone else makes one, but have`nt seen it.
