			I thought rate of twist was the opposite.  You want a high rate of twist for the light bullets, but a slow rate of twist for the heavier bullets.  Maybe I should start another thread about "rate of twist" and which is better.  I am working on building an AR-15 and AR-10 and both will have custom uppers.
