well I am gunna stick my nose in here and say, if you want something that will MOST LIKELY seal that tent up for a long while. Seems or fabric leaks, use Mink oil. It takes some time and effort to do a whole tent but I have used Mink oil on a few things to waterproof it and it works great.

if u do have some heart for the water-proof spray that cabala's sugested 4 u then try this. if u have a piece of some really thin nylon fabric that you are not using. then get a small bottle of the water-proof spray and spray it down good. after a day inspect it it for any difference then what it looked like before(best results if u have a digital camera take a pic of before and after the spray). after the inspection pour water over it gently and see if it leaks, if it leaks the stuff doeasn't work but if it holds the water then you have the winner!
