Treat it like a business. Cabelas sure isn't gonna ship you something first, based on your word that you'll pay "sometime". Sounds like the famous "Check's in the mail" bit!

I'd sent a email each and every day, bombard him with reminders until he gets the point. Obviously you have the address. Did you send with delivery confirmation for proof you actually sent it?
