Duck Hunting Alaskan Style!

Nice pics Kusko. What are the main species you guys take? Are any of the adult birds in winter plumage by the time your season ends? I want to get a Harlequin for my collection. Someday I hope to come up and experience the last of God's country. Fabs: the Pacific flyway has a more liberal limit than we do. Always has since I can remember. Hell, MT has a 7 bird limit but they do not get the pressure that the Atlantic and Mississippi flyway gets. Now Cali; that's another story, but hunting lands are drying up so fast out there you have to be in a big club to get the best hunting and most of the ducks are going blind with smog (just kidding). I'm heading to South Africa next June to duck hunt and if I can get a good place in Argentina/Uraguay, I'm going there. So far all I can find is "fine wine and generous steaks" as the lure. Hell, I want to hunt...period. I'll eat water buffalo and cattails. grayghost
