Go when you can go. I try to go even if the weather isn't just right. Especially during the bow and ML seaon when they're rutting in various stages. After the rut I might not go if it's blowin like a hurricane or something like that, but not this time of year! Keep at em. You'll get one. I didn't have time to go on Saturday. Didn't bother me too much. It was 80 degrees and we were working on the hunt club. I had to pick a puppy up for my girlfriend so I did that and decided on the way home to watch a little bean field. Didn't even get out of the truck. Just pulled up next to an old abandoned tobacco barn where it had grown up. Just enough to conceal the truck. Wouldn't you know it 10 minutes later here come 4 does tipping out. It was a little after 5 so I just sat there and watched them 100yds away. Puppy dead asleep in my lap. 10 minutes later a little 8 pointer stepped out and I thought it was gonna get interesting. Nothing else came out though and I just headed on. Would've been quite the predicament had a nice one stepped out with the puppy in my lap asleep!
