try a couple of the recommended items above, if still no good i would first try a different brand of primer, maybe yours dont spark all that well, if that dont work on the range just fire an empty primer before each loading that should blow the pin hole in the breech plug clear. primers are cheap.
i can tell you in 3 years, driving snow or all day drizzle federal primers and pyro pellets always have gone bang for me
