I ALWAYS shoot rabbits with 7 1/2's at 1200 fps and I rarely use that load for anything but 50 yard shots on flying clays.

Choke wise, I use IC for the close rabbits and modified for the longer rabbits or the rabbits that are going away or angling away. Those are some of the toughest clays to break. They have to be made that way so they don't break on the ground.
