I've hunted on the wilderness areas that require a guide so I'm afraid I won't be of much help.

With your mobility, you'll be able to cover a lot of area. I'd have to suggest contacting the Dept. of Game & Fish or the biologists, there should be some information coming with your license on how to contact them.
