The 4 wheeler thing is just another tax so they can fund another program for a problem area in the state. The bear hunt is an anti thing as is the leghold trap thing. They already made a separate license(more money) for trapping last year. Another tax, and spend thing ya see. All the money goes into the general fund and then they spend the money where they want to. Be ok if the registration on 4 wheelers was used in keeping up the state forests and marshes. But it'll go to pay for something in the inner city. Another hole that will never be filled. In fact that hole keeps getting larger all the time.
