Catfish, _if_ there is such a cartridge, i'm thinking it might be similar to one of the old "parlour" cartridges from the turn of the century, used in a manner to the old 32-20, or 25-20
come to think of it, a small .22 with 2 grains of BP might have been just the ticket back then for the little indoor parlours that "gentlemen" went to shoot at in the city. Just a wild guess on my part, but it sounds feasible.
