Very good taxidermy work indeed.

To get to my pet gripe, first onto the soap box, then....

The kudu is a nice specimen in prime breeding age. How do I know that? The tips of his horns point "inwards". A really mature and old kudu ram [I know you're quite correct, but I'm so used to say kudu bull that even typing kudu ram goes against the grain a bit] point "outwards". IMHO a "true trophy kudu" is so old that the ivory tips point outwards! A very good trophy kudu has some magical length of horn in addition to the first requirement. Being a xy.z-incher does not make a kudu a good trophy, it only does if the horn tips point outwards!

OK Off my soap box now.

In good hunting.
