It is truly a sign of the times. The supply of Mausers is rapidly diminishing and as demand increases the prices get crazy. I ran across a copy of Golden State Arms Corp. catalog copyright 1958. Kar98 listed for $28.50 . Keep looking for a bargain! jplonghunter
