opinion? unfair? welfare?

oh, forgot ...did talk to a lawyer about this...he just said...pay him a few grand and he not sure can do anything about it cause the nursing homes are protected from everything and everybody..but still pay him...everyone has hands out...just like the pre-paid funeral...for those that have this option taken care of...you better find out if the opening of ground, vault etc is covered....I found out it isn't..unless funeral home owns the cemetary....cost another grand on top of the pre-paid funeral...and I just made the last payment for my brothers funeral this month...now have pay another ....geez.....anyone have any lottery winnings need someone to spend for you?...figure you better save your money.....I might need it.
