Some may be about as good...but better?? Not significantly enough to make a big diff. I just bought another today. Made in 56 bought in June 57. Has the papers hang tag and receipt...owners manual for the later Kollmorgan 1" 4x scope..and receipt for it also. Unfortunately it is also an 06...but this gun is 99 1/2 % and looks new. Bought it and a Parker Trojan in 90% condition for 1200 bucks. Hope this makes it on to HC. Comp is still messed up. Parker has to go though I do have to keep the 70 Gonna sell the one I got about a month ago I guess
