She is going to have a hard time finding a buyer for that farm in this market now. My wife and I put a contract on a single family home 3 weeks ago, and it took us a week to find financing on it. I have an 807 credit rating and my wife has a 784. If it took us a week, and a bunch of hoops to jump through on a house we can easily afford, I have no idea how anybody is going to be able to buy anything right now.
If we weren't looking at a second baby in May and the purchase of a single family home, I would have been very interested in that farm. Who knows, maybe I can get a couple of family members together and we can put an offer on it.
