I have not had the problem with the powder charge and have loaded mine to the max with no problem on accuracy at all. Each gun may be different and I guess it is worth a try. For what amount I shoot the cost of the pellets is not an issue and they are sure nice to work with that is one of the reasons I went to the modern type B/P.

max load is fine but dont put that 245 PB into a deer at close range.
