That sticker is from Larue Tactical.
My Trailblazer wears one on the back window along with a Dillo Entry Tool sticker.

When you place an order they send a little "care package" along with your item(s) usually consisting of a Hat, Dillo Dust and a few bumper stickers.
My latest order also had a tactical beverage entry tool in it.
